Hi, I'm Lauren—an architect, community college professor, mom, and lifelong maker based in Indianapolis. Swervy Arts was born out of a need to create things that feel real, offbeat, and unapologetically honest.

Our messages come direct from my deep understanding of the system, progressive values, and defiance against the billionaire class. I was raised by a public school teacher ( US history & government) and a hospital accountant. I have a minor in social and environmental justice and have spent my fair share protesting in the streets.

I got my start in pottery, 3D modeling, and just about every hands-on craft I could find. Over time, my love for visual storytelling and a healthy dose of rebellious energy pushed me to launch this shop—where stickers, keychains, and rebellion come to life with layered colors, quirky humor, and meaning beneath the surface.

Swervy Arts is where my professional world as a designer meets my personal world as a Pokémon-loving, sparkle-obsessed creator. I want everything here to feel like a little piece of defiance you can hold in your hand.
